Terms & Conditions

    1. For booking of Signature Trial, full payment is to be made by 3 pm one day before delivery.
    2. For ordering of packages, please complete the order form and payment online. (You will receive an email acknowledgement when payment has been verified. Customer service officer will give you a call for confirmation.)
    3. Kindly note that deposit is to be made by 3 pm two days before delivery.
    4. Balance payment is to be made on the 1st day of delivery. Payment can be made via internet banking transfer. RELACTO PTE. LTD. reserves the right to terminate the service if payment is not made on time.
    5. Deposit: Should the Client decide to cancel the order, the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit cannot be offset against our other services. Once the order is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated.
    6. Service activation: To activate the package, Client must contact us at 6360 1000 one day in advance, between 10 am to 3 pm.
    7. Meal cancellation: Client must contact us at 6360 1000 one working day in advance before 3 pm to notify about the cancellation of the meal. All cancelled meals will be replaced and no cash refund is allowed.
    8. Last-minute cancellation of meals will not be replaced and no cash refund is allowed.
    9. Service termination: Client must contact us at 6360 1000 one working day in advance before 3 pm to notify about the termination of service. If the Client decides to terminate the package after the meal service has started, the Client will be charged for the consumed meal(s), and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.
    10. Service downgrade: Each consumed and the remaining meal will be charged $40 and an administrative fee of $50 will be imposed.
    11. Service upgrade: Client must top up the difference between the existing and new package price without any discount or promotional price.
    12. Delivery time: Lunch will be delivered from 10 am – 1 pm and dinner from 4 – 7 pm.
    13. Non-delivery areas: Delivery services are not available in Marina Bay, Tuas, Sentosa, and areas with postal code that starts from 01 to 05.
    14. Delivery service is not available to campus, office towers/shopping malls.
    15. Delivery service is not available for residential addresses above shopping malls.
    16. Thermal bag: One bag is allocated to each Client. Please be reminded the thermal bags are to be returned to our delivery personnel on a daily basis. For every thermal bag that is misplaced or damaged, there will be a $10 charge imposed per thermal bag
    17. Thermal Flask: Please be reminded that the thermal flasks are to be returned to our delivery personnel on a daily basis. For every thermal flask that is misplaced or damaged, there will be a $10 charge imposed per thermal flask.
    18. Hot Box Electric Steamer
        18.1 Only customers who booked ReLacto 28 Days Double Meals Package or higher package price are entitled to the free Hot Box.
        18.2 Customers who are not entitled to the free Hot Box but would like to purchase it may do so for $30.
        18.3 Should a customer receive a Hot Box with missing parts or internal or external damage, please contact ReLacto customer service for a replacement.
    19. Order reservation is only valid for up to 3 months after the booking has been made by Client (date according to deposit receipt date) after which, it is deemed as void and cancelled.
    20. Menu is subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen seasonal factors and market fluctuation of the ingredients.
    21. For delivery to CBD areas, a $4 charge will be applied per trip.
    22. If the client decides to terminate the package after the meal has started, the charge (if applicable) will be as stated in Section 9 of this Terms and Conditions.
    23. Service will be disrupted on the Eve of Chinese New Year and the first two days of Chinese New Year. Meals will only be delivered to customers who booked Chinese New Year Package with a surcharge. Otherwise, the meals for the aforementioned 3 days will be brought forward, and the meal delivery service will be extended for three more days after the initial service end date.
    24. Only one promotional code or promotional price is applicable at a time and therefore cannot be combined with other offers and is strictly not allowed to be exchanged for cash value.
    25. Any promotion code can only be used by each customer once.
    26. It is recommended that customers consume the food according to the meal timing printed on the thermal bag. Please note that the meal schedule is intended as a guideline only, and customers are recommended to follow their medical physicians’s advices on diagnosis or treatment before making any diet, medication or lifestyle changes
